Yoga can be practiced by EVERYBODY. I want to create more classes to bring yoga to every single person. Yoga means ‘unity’ and is all about using the body, breath and mind to connect to the universe and your higher self. In addition to asanas (the physical practice), yoga is practiced through breath work (pranayama), mudras (hand gestures), meditation and through many more practices of life. This class should be accessible to most people, even if you can't easily practice on a yoga mat. All you need is a sturdy chair and some comfy clothes.
